What materials are used in Auree Jewellery pieces?
We use only the finest materials, including 18ct Gold, Sterling Silver, and genuine gemstones. Each piece is hallmarked where required to guarantee its authenticity and quality.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard delivery (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $150, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store them in the provided Auree pouch and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all gemstones and precious metals are obtained through responsible and sustainable practices.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every piece of Auree Jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
