Returns & Exchanges

At Auree Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded envelope to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
